Description
Our apple pie is famous throughout Southern California. We have four simple ingredients for our filling: freshly peeled granny smith apples, sugar, corn starch, and cinnamon. You won’t get an “applesauce” pie here!
You can choose from two amounts of this filling:
- Classic – We fill the pie level with our apple filling
- 5lb – The amount that got us famous! We keep stacking filling until we reach 5lbs
You can choose to top this delicious filling with two types of crusts:
- Double Crust – A traditional flaky pie crust
- Crumb Crust – A dutch-style crumble topping made from brown sugar, flour, and butter
